Joy Unlocked

Luke 2:8–15

“…I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people” (Luke 2:10 ESV).

To find joy, you need to know what you are looking for and where you will find it.

 Know the difference between joy and happiness.

God is the only source of authentic and lasting joy, and he freely gives to all.

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore” (Psalm 16:11 ESV).

“These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full” (John 15:11 ESV).

 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace…” (Galatians 5:22 ESV).

It is the joy of the Lord that is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10

“…Enter into the joy of your master” (Matthew 25:21 ESV).
