We Expect Life Transformation

Chris Weber

Acts 11:26

Transformation is God help, not self-help.

“We welcome everyone” because “we expect life transformation.”

Our expectation is on his power, not our effort.

Obstacles to life transformation:

• I don’t want to change (Luke 6:45–46).

• I will fix myself (James 4:6–7).

• I don’t have the power (Romans 12:2).

• Nothing is changing (John 8:31).

2 Corinthians 5:17

Philippians 1:6

A single understanding will fuel your personal transformation: The finished work of the blood of Jesus
